Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality premium and luxury branded unstitched ladies suits. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The return request is made within 6 days of delivery.
  • The item must not be customized, altered, or stitched in any way.

Please note:
Products that have been cut, stitched, or altered after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, as they are considered used or customized.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Please note: Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund after verification.
